Australian Pop Singer Kylie Minogue Receives Honour at Buckingham Palace for her services to music. She has received an "Officer of the Order of the British Empire, or OBE, from Prince Charles at Buckingham Palace. Minogue first appeared on British television in the mid-1980s soap opera, "Neighbors".
Some of her hit songs are- "I Should Be So Lucky" "Je Ne Sais Pas Pourquoi".
